Tor Simen Ulstein

Tor Simen Ulstein (b. 1988) is a Norwegian photographer based in Oslo. Educated at the Cass Faculty of Arts London his practice often lies somewhere between documentary and fiction. Tor is a founding member of the broadsheet publication Uncertain States Scandinavia.
